Lauren Ditrapani is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her MSW from New York University and has provided expert clinical support across diverse settings including hospital systems, domestic violence counseling centers, early intervention agencies, and her private practices in Roslyn and Floral Park.

A Certified Co-Parenting Specialist with advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Lauren takes a collaborative, strengths-based approach to care. She frequently partners with schools, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to develop individualized plans that support long-term emotional growth and resilience.

Lauren specializes in helping clients manage emotional regulation challenges, anxiety, depression, and other stress-related concerns. She is particularly passionate about female mental wellness, including menopausal support, and guiding adolescents through academic, social, and developmental pressures. Her work centers on building coping skills, confidence, and overall social-emotional well-being.

As part of the A+P House Calls team, Lauren works closely alongside advanced practice providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive care. When underlying medical issues may be contributing to emotional symptoms, or when medication might be helpful, she collaborates directly with the medical team to create a cohesive, whole-person treatment plan.

Lauren provides psychotherapy services through home visits and secure Telehealth sessions, offering accessible support tailored to each client’s comfort and needs. She lives in Old Brookville with her husband and two daughters, bringing her family-centered values and compassionate approach to every aspect of her practice.
