Home-Based Psychotherapy

Lauren is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She earned her MSW from NYU and has provided clinical services in hospital settings, domestic violence counseling centers, early intervention agencies, and through her private practice in Roslyn and Floral Park.

A Certified Co-Parenting Specialist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Lauren takes a collaborative approach, working with schools and other professionals to create individualized plans. She is passionate about female wellness, menopausal support, and helping adolescents navigate challenges, focusing on enhancing coping skills and overall social-emotional well-being.

Lauren provides psychotherapy services via home visits or Telehealth and also supports staff with medication management guidance. She resides in Old Brookville with her husband and two daughters.
